Help make a Christmas Miracle Happen

Long time KMSF member Shalini Rai Milutinovic recently had a family member diagnosed
with AML - Acute Myelogenous Leukemia. Her family is working around the clock to
find a Bone Marrow Doner. She will need a transplant to survive beyond the next
couple of months. Their family is South Asian, and very few South Asians are registered
as potential donors. Right now her chances of finding one is 1 in 20,000.
To register takes a cheek swab.
If you are a possible match you will be contacted by the National Registry.
Donating Bone Marrow is similar to donating blood, very non-invasive.
Several drives are being organized in the Bay Area and beyond over the next couple
of weeks. Please take a few moments to spread the word, especially amongst the
